The Nancy and David Bilheimer Capitol Theatre is located at 405 Cleveland Street, Clearwater, FL 33755 in Downtown Clearwater.
⚠️ Due to construction, parking at the City Hall lot and the grass lot at Osceola Ave. & Pierce St. is unavailable.
Parking is available, free of charge at The Clearwater Library (event permitting), Coachman Park & Harbor Marina Parking (Lot 11 is located at 224 Pierce Street, Clearwater, 33755), the Garden Ave. Parking Garage (located at 28 N. Garden Ave., Clearwater, 33755), Station Square Parking Garage (located at 615 Laura Street, Clearwater, 33755), and all city street parking lots and meters after business hours and all day on weekends.

Directions
From St. Petersburg
Head north on I-275 towards Roosevelt Blvd (SR 686); head west and follow signs to St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport. Cross the Bayside Bridge. Take the Gulf to Bay Blvd exit (SR 60). Use the left 2 lanes to turn left (west) onto Gulf to Bay Blvd (SR 60), towards Clearwater/Clearwater Beach. Gulf to Bay Blvd turns into Court St. Turn right onto Ft. Harrison Ave (heading north). Turn left (heading west) onto Pierce St. Turn right (heading north) onto Osceaola Ave. The Nancy and David Bilheimer Capitol Theatre will be located on your right-hand side, at the corner of Cleveland St and Osceola Ave.
From Tampa
Head west on the Courtney Campbell Causeway (SR 60) towards Clearwater Beach. Continue on Gulf to Bay Blvd (SR 60), towards Clearwater/Clearwater Beach. Gulf to Bay Blvd turns into Court St. Turn right onto Ft. Harrison Ave (heading north). Turn left (heading west) onto Pierce St. Turn right (heading north) onto Osceaola Ave. The Nancy and David Bilheimer Capitol Theatre will be located on your right-hand side, at the corner of Cleveland St and Osceola Ave.
From Tarpon Springs/Palm Harbor
Drive south on East Lake Rd (SR 611). East Lake Rd becomes McMullen Booth Rd. Turn right (west) onto Gulf to Bay Blvd (SR 60). Gulf to Bay Blvd turns into Court St. Turn right onto Ft. Harrison Ave (heading north). Turn left (heading west) onto Pierce St. Turn right (heading north) onto Osceaola Ave. The Nancy and David Bilheimer Capitol Theatre will be located on your right-hand side, at the corner of Cleveland St and Osceola Ave.
⚠️ Traffic Alert ⚠️Court Street in Downtown Clearwater To Close for Two Weeks
From the City of Clearwater:
"Three of four lanes of westbound traffic of Court Street will close to traffic starting Jan. 20, for approximately two weeks. Lane closures begin at the intersection of Court Street and South Prospect Avenue and go through South Garden Avenue. The closure is necessary to repair and replace various failing sanitary sewer manholes that are directly under Court Street.
City contractors will be working 24-hours a day and will work weekends to try to complete the project as soon as possible. The repairs involve installing a sanitary sewer bypass main and fully rebuilding the sewer infrastructure.
Only one lane of westbound traffic on Court Street will be open during construction. Motorists traveling to the Downtown Core and toward Clearwater Beach can expect heavy traffic congestion and long wait times during peak hours each day throughout the closure.
Motorists are encouraged to use alternative routes to access Downtown Clearwater and Clearwater Beach, including Drew Street, Fort Harrison Avenue, West Bay Drive, and Gulf Boulevard.
Crews will work hard and make every effort to complete this work on schedule and to get this corridor reopened as quickly as possible. Construction is expected to be finished in two weeks, pending construction or weather delays."
